This idyllic cottage rests on a year round creek in the historic Adobe Canyon and is situated in a bucolic setting. With private gardens, luminous canyon scenery and wildlife spilling through your cottage windows, you can walk to hiking trails that lead over bridges and waterfalls to spectacular vistas. Picnic at Sugarloaf Ridge or hike to Bald Mountain with 360º views of Northern California and the Golden Gate Bridge. Spend an evening at the Robert Ferguson Observatory at Sugarloaf Park stargazing and learning about current astronomical events. 2010 Non-Holiday Rates
2 night minimum (rate is for 2 person only); we will consider one night stays based on availability and a $100 cleaning fee.
$245 per night – Sunday to Thursday
$295 per night – Friday and Saturday
$50 per person extra per night.

Policies:
Rates above + 9% Sonoma Occupancy Tax
A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking the house. The balance is due within two weeks before arrival.
We have a no-refund policy – but will try and rebook the property given enough notice, and apply your deposit to a future rental minus a $100 service fee.
We have a firm no-smoking policy on the property.
We love pets, too, but sorry, we don’t allow them.
This is a private home; in a country area with houses nearby – quiet and respectful behavior is required.
