Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this townhouse is sunny even in the dead of winter. It is attached to only one neighbor and you will enjoy it’s cathedral,cedar ceilings in the living room and loft. There is a peek-a-bo view of the mountains behind the over-hanging pines. While peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the snow plows and summer traffic, the Woodlands condos are located on Chateau Rd. with a Red Line Shuttle stop directly outside the entrance. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms and kitchen along with lots of mountain and southwest art, will transport you into the Mammoth lifestyle. The unit is spacious, offering a TV in the living room [flat screen] and master bedroom with DVD,VCR and stereo. Also included, are cable internet service, wood burning stove , and laundry facilities located in a central location. The master suite sports it’s own vanity and sink area which makes the total bathroom count at 2.25.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The master bedrooms has a California King; The loft contains a queen and a trundle of 2 single beds. The third bedroom has a set of twins and one roll-out (single). Maximum capacity is 9 people.
On the Woodlands grounds there is plenty of parking, a pool (open in spring/summer), jacucci, and sauna. The complex is well-maintained with a onsite manager for emergency problems.
If walking is your thing, you can conveniently access the entire town on foot. Particularly, many restaurants and the Vons Shopping Center are within approx. six blocks.
